Returns and Refunds Policy
All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items purchased through Zeyne’s official merchandise website.
Please double-check your order details before checking out, including size, color, and shipping address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@scarabrecords.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we may request photos and further information to assist you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All merchandise sold on this site—including limited editions, accessories, clothing, and digital or personalized items—is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom products, or intimate/personal items. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Because all items are final sale, we encourage you to be sure of your selection before placing your order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered in rare cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once your return (in such a case) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
